Now the time has come to pull yourself up out of the mud. You're too old to fuck around and too young to die; time to try life on for size.

Sudden writers anxiety fit damn near put me into a full blown anxiety attack. I hate this. I wish I could just get over it. Had to take a Xanax, too.

:sigh: I just want to write, but I feel like I'm pushing this huge rock up a hill and I'm just too weak to get it over the ledge. The things I am managing to write seem so stupid I just want to delete them. Like the ficlet I started last night with Katie and Dean. Considering just tearing it to pieces. Or deleting it, as it's on my computer.

Maybe I just need to try outlining again? It just seems like once I get everything put in it's prim and proper package I loose the desire to write it-like the Supernatural Twitter game. I dunno.

The sudden deep, deep depression Ive fallen into in the past two hours is just making it harder to fight old very bad addctions. I feel socially off again now, too. I feel like I just bother people and I'm never there enough for them.

I suck.

Just want to write and enjoy it again. I want to finally produce material for the first time in years instead of this think about it but don't write it down trap. (or end up deleting it as soon as I lose my drive)

I want to feel good about myself for just a few bloody seconds.

Again, I suck. That is all.

Chunk of a story we never finished and actually went on to write the sequel for said unfinished fic. Yeah, we're weird. But it's all just for fun.

Robert Downey Jr., who reprises the role of Tony Stark/Iron Man in Iron Man 2, offered Collider.com a few details about the sequel, which is now shooting in Los Angeles.

"I've never been in a sequel, and it's very daunting, because I feel the expectation of the millions of people who watched it and enjoyed it and told me that it was a little different than your usual genre picture and that they expected us to not screw it up," Downey told the site over the weekend. "So I actually have taken Iron Man 2probably more seriously than any movie I've ever done, which is appropriately ridiculous for Hollywood."

Downey co-stars with Gwyneth Paltrow, Scarlett Johansson, Mickey Rourke and Don Cheadle in the sequel, which will be directed by Jon Favreau.

"The set pieces have to do with things that aren't your typical, like, bad-guy conflict," Downey said. "The relationships are very complex and hilarious. The motivations Tony has, and why he turns around and does things, has completely to do with his own internal processes, and it really is, I think, as much as we tried to in the first one really see behind the façade of this kind of storytelling. We really, I think, leaving ourselves open to ... We're kind of trying to tell a story about how a dysfunctional family saves life on Earth as we know it."

Downey also promised the movie would have a presence at Comic-Con International in San Diego in July. Iron Man 2 is slated for release on May 7, 2010.


Man. This blows. I really, really wanna go to SDCC this year but I barely scraped together the cash when I went (three?) years ago.
